Problem with "Sowing Seeds" quest - Guild Wars Forums

I have a quest where I have to escort a farmer back to Ascalon City. When I first reached him and made him follow me I used the world map to travel back to the city (I'm still a newbie!). Obviously, he didn't follow me.

Now, when I go back to get him again he won't follow me although he says things like "let's go!"

bug?

He doesn't follow you, you have to follow him and clear the path.

Try to abandon the quest and talk to whoever the protector to get the quest again.

bug?

abandon it and restart it or you can *talk* to him again and then move away from him out of the circle surrounding you on the minimap and wait for a short time and usually he will then take off

well udont have to restart the quest just talk to the protector and then talk to the farmer and wait for awhile and he will start walking >_>
